Eligible Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Assistant Manager : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks or Master’s Degree in any discipline with aggregate minimum of 55% marks CA/ICWA/MBA with minimum 55% marks.
• For Hindi Officer : Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi from a recognised University with aggregate minimum of 60% marks Or Master’s Degree in Hindi with aggregate minimum of 55% with English as one of the main subject at degree level.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 21 to 28 years as on 01.09.2015

Age Relaxation :

• SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
• OBC Candidates : 3 years
• Persons with Disability Candidates : 10 years

Selection Process : Selection will be based on online test, interview and/ or group exercise only.
