Eligibility Criteria for EESL Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Deputy General Manager : Bachelor in Engineering/  Technology preferably with MBA and/or certificate of Energy Auditor/ Energy Manager from the BEE.
  
• For Manager : Bachelor in Engineering/Technology (full time) with specialization in IT/ Computer Science or MCA or CA/ ICWA or Graduate with  MBA (two years full time) with specialization in HR.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

• For Deputy General Manager : 47 years
• For Manager : 42 years

Age Relaxation :

• For ST Category : 5 Years
• For SC Category : 3 Years
• For OBC Category : 2 Years
• For Persons with Disability (More than 40%) : 10 years

Job Location : All India
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Personal Interview.
